Honor, as promised, introduced its new inexpensive tablet in China.

What is known

The novelty was called Honor Pad 8. The gadget has a large 12-inch LCD display with 2K resolution, 350 nits brightness and certification TUV Rheinland. Under the hood of the tablet runs an octa-core Snapdragon 680 processor paired with 4, 6 or 8 GB of RAM. The storage in the device is one - for 128 GB. The Honor Pad 8 is powered by a 7,250mAh battery. It supports fast charging at 22.5 watts. The gadget also has eight speakers with support DTS:X Ultra, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS and USB Type-C port. Out of the box in the novelty is installed operating system Android 12 and the branded shell Magic UI 6.1.

Price and when to expect

Honor Pad 8 will start selling in China on July 29. The tablet will be available in three colors: Mint Green, Dawn Blue and Dawn Gold.
