Nightdive Studios will release more remasters of classic shooters
Nightdive Studios has re-released many old games, including I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, Turok and others. However, the studio's list of work will continue to grow, as its boss Stephen Kick hinted.
The chief commented on the image with a sampling of classic game covers, "We've done remasters of four of them... And some more are in development." Among the projects pictured, Nightdive Studios has a hand in the re-releases of Quake, PowerSlave, DOOM 64, and Blood.
The selection also includes Star Wars: Dark Forces - Kick asked Disney for the right to release a remaster of the Star Wars shooter. Apparently, the studio has let the request go unheeded. Also we can see the GoldenEye 007 cover, but Microsoft has been updating it for a while.
Recall, now Nightdive Studios is working on a remake of the first System Shock. If we believe the developers, everything is almost ready, but still there is no exact release date.
