Apple Watch Ultra repairs will cost more than the new Apple Watch Series 8 - $500

This week Apple introduced a brand new smartwatch model, the Apple Watch Ultra, which is aimed at professional athletes and intensive use. But how much would it cost to repair such a gadget?

According to Apple's website, repairing the Apple Watch Ultra without the AppleCare+ plan costs $499 in the United States. For that amount, you'll get the watch repaired with damage to the titanium case, display, buttons, sensors or other components. For battery replacement, the price is more affordable - $99. Recall that the new Apple Watch Ultra costs $799, the novelty will go on sale on September 23.

By the way, for $500 instead of repairing the Apple Watch Ultra, you can buy a new Apple Watch Series 8 (still have some left over), two Apple Watch SE 2nd generation or 5-7 budget watches.

By comparison, Apple Watch Series 8 repair fees range from $299 to $399, with battery replacement costing $79. Apple Watch SE 2 repairs will cost $199 to $229.
