Trailer A Plague Tale: Requiem shows the plight of little Hugo, whose mysterious disease is a threat to the whole world

Focus Entertainment has already shown a trailer that reveals more about the main character of A Plague Tale: Requiem, the young girl Amicia. Now we have a trailer about her younger brother Hugo, who plays a very important role in this story.

Here's What We Know

In the trailer, Amicia talks about Hugo's mysterious disease, which is getting worse and can destroy all of humanity. The boy in the second game will have to grow up too fast, because at one point he begins to think that because of him everyone around him is dying and he is the main threat to this world. At the same time, we are shown that Amicia and her mother are constantly arguing about Hugo and no one can fully understand what is best for him. The trailer ends with Amicia comforting Hugo, reminding him that they are together, so it will be easier.

Flashback

Asobo Studio is already in the home stretch of developing a direct sequel to A Plague Tale, subtitled Requiem. In the world of the game, six months have passed since the events of Innocence. Amicia and Hugo head south in search of a new and quiet life. However, adventures again caught up with the sister and brother. Hugo's illness has worsened, and Amicia must go with him to a secret island that may hold the key to curing her younger brother. The world is becoming more cruel, distorted, and rats are only increasing. Along with this, weapons, tools, magic and variations of enemy destruction have increased.

When We Can Expect It

A Plague Tale: Requiem is scheduled for October 18 on XBOX Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC.
