Spanish gaming portal AreaJugones published interesting information about the remake of the spy stealth action game by Hideo Kojima. An anonymous informant of the site reports that the remake is really in development, and its announcement will take place soon.

It makes sense to assume that such a high-profile announcement will be made at The Game Awards 2022. But the source of the portal is not sure about this, noting that the Metal Gear Solid remake may be presented a little later.

It is also mentioned that Metal Gear Solid Remake will be exclusive for PlayStation 5 console. And who is working on the project - the information varies: some people think, that it's Bluepoint Games - the authors of the brilliant remake of Demon's Souls, and others mention the Chinese studio Virtuous. But neither information is confirmed yet.
