The action fighting game AEW: Fight Forever will feature the Stadium Stampede battle royale mode
The new trailer for AEW: Fight Forever showcased the Stadium Stampede battle royale mode:
Here's What We Know
The trailer shows 30 fighters appearing in a large stadium filled with weapons and other items. Throughout the match, the area for fighting gradually shrinks, forcing all players to converge in the centre. According to the short gameplay videos shown in the trailer, it seems that the mode will use a third-person view, which is unusual for this game.
The battle royale mode is based on the "Stadium Stampede" matches that have been held at AEW for many years, although these matches usually consisted of two teams of four wrestlers rather than 30 participants.
There was no release date for the mode, but THQ confirmed that it will be available for free.
