Media: the attack on the Crimean bridge is a special operation of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Navy, the bridge was blown up with the help of marine drones

Today, 17 July, Russian media reported another attack on the Crimean bridge. According to RBC-Ukraine, this was a special operation by the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Navy.

The information was shared by a source in the SBU. The bridge was attacked by naval drones. As a result, 145 supports were damaged.

"The bridge was attacked with the help of surface drones. It was difficult to reach the bridge, but in the end it was possible to do so," the source said.

As of 9:00 am, the occupation authority had blocked the road and railway tracks.

By the way, this is already the second undermining of the bridge in 8 months. The first incident occurred in October 2022. Then one of the spans of the bridge collapsed as a result of a truck explosion.
