Apple, two weeks after the release of watchOS 9.6, has released a new version of the software for the Apple Watch.

The new firmware version received the build number watchOS 9.6.1. The system has already begun to roll out to devices around the world in waves.

As for the list of changes, it contains a fix for an issue that prevented smartwatches from accessing motion data for apps with the Movement Disorder API. This API is needed to track tremors and symptoms associated with Parkinson's disease.
