Analyst of KGI Securities Min-Chi Kuo doubts the output of the heir to the iPhone SE. In the fall, Apple planned to announce three new models at once, and the company simply does not have time to develop another device, the expert believes. Even if the iPhone SE 2 will be released, it will be an evolutionary update.

Why wait?

It is assumed that the most compact iPhone will get a more powerful processor and will become even more affordable. Count on the design update is not necessary - no frameless screens and wireless charging (yet the body is metal). Animoji and face recognition function Face ID the new iPhone SE 2 will not receive either.

The original iPhone SE was introduced at the Apple's spring presentation in March 2016. The smartphone looks like the iPhone 5s and has the characteristics of the iPhone 6s (only the Touch ID here is the very first generation). Last year, the company limited itself to doubling the amount of internal memory of the model.
