In 2024 Ukraine should receive new missiles with a range of 300 kilometres and a warhead weighing 100 kilograms
The Ukrainian Defence Forces may receive new missiles next year. This was reported by Miroslava Gongadze, head of Voice of America in Eastern Europe. She refers to the words of high-ranking officials from the General Staff of Ukraine.
Here's What We Know
According to the source, the pace of arms deliveries to Ukraine will not decrease in 2024. Moreover, in January the Armed Forces are to receive "new missiles with a range of 300 kilometres and a warhead weight of 100 kilograms".
It is difficult to say which missiles we are talking about, as these two parameters do not overlap in the weapons promised to Ukraine. For example, the GLSDB has a warhead weighing almost 100kg, but its launch range is 150km. At the same time, the ATACMS ballistic missile is capable of hitting targets within a 300-km radius, but it is equipped with a 227-kg warhead.
Ukraine is expected to receive new missiles with a range of 300km and a 100kg warhead.

We plan to provide assistance in re-equipping the BUK.
Miroslava Gongadze also wrote about the re-equipment of Buk surface-to-air missile systems. Perhaps here we are talking about the FrankenSAM project, under which the Buk system learnt to launch American RIM-7 Sea Sparrow missiles.
