Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Book4 Ultra laptop with Intel Core Ultra chips and GeForce RTX 40 graphics cards
Samsung Galaxy Book4 Ultra has become the flagship laptop of the new generation. Earlier we wrote about the Galaxy Book4 Pro and Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 models.
Here's What We Know
The Ultra version too is equipped with a Touch AMOLED display with support for touch input. The panel has a WQXGA+ (2880 x 1800) format, a frame refresh rate of 48Hz to 120Hz and a brightness of 400 nits. The diagonal is 16".
The hardware platform of the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Ultra is built around Intel Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 9 chips. The graphics subsystem is represented by discrete NVIDIA GeForce GeForce RTX 4050 and GeForce RTX 4070 graphics cards with 6GB and 8GB of GDDR6 video memory respectively.
The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Ultra features a 76W*h battery and will be sold with a 140W power adapter. The LPDDR5X RAM ranges from 16GB to 64GB, while the SSD drive is 2TB in the top-end variant.
One of the features became AI-functions in system applications. In particular, Photo Remaster in Samsung Gallery gives the ability to quickly edit photos. In addition, AI algorithms help to process video in Samsng Studio.
The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Ultra runs on the Windows 11 Home operating system. Other specs of the laptop include HDMI 2.1 (8K@60fps, 5K@120fps), dual Thunderbolt 4, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, 2MP camera (FHD), Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Ultra will go on sale in January next year. The cost of the laptop has not been specified yet.
