The number of copies of Helldivers 2 sold has probably increased to eight million

Helldivers 2 has been an outstanding success amidst the struggles of other live action games such as Suicide Squad: Hell teh Justice League and Skull and Bones: the studio's CEO Johan Pilestedt hinted that almost three million copies of the game were sold last month, but there is potential for more.

Here's What We Know

According to TD Cowen analyst Doug Creutz, the co-op shooter has probably exceeded 8 million copies sold, although this has not been officially confirmed by either Sony or Arrowhead

UK sales figures show that the game dominated February, with US sales continuing to grow in the third week after launch, even topping the PlayStation Store charts ahead of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
