Google's Gemini app gets faster with 'real-time answers'
Google has been actively working on improving the Gemini chatbot since its launch. The latest innovation, according to a new leak, could be speeding up replies for the Android app, as implemented in the web version of Gemini. This feature will allow users to read a reply while it is being generated, instead of waiting for the entire reply to be generated.
Here's What We Know
An AssembleDebug expert discovered a so-called "Real-Time Responses" option in the Gemini app code that will allow users to see Gemini's responses to their queries generated in real-time, rather than receiving the full response when it is finished generating. He was able to manually enable this switch.

Currently, users of the app must wait for Gemini to generate the entire response before they can read it. This is a useful improvement that will save a few seconds and allow you to start reading as quickly as possible. It can be especially useful if you really only care about the first few paragraphs or lines in a long response.
Given that the feature is almost complete, it's likely to launch for all users soon.
