Google is making using its Weather service more convenient by adding dates to the names of days

Google has made a small but important update to its weather forecast service, adding a date to the 10-day forecast.

Here's What We Know

Previously, only the days of the week were displayed, which could cause inconvenience when planning for longer periods of time. Now, users can see both the day and the date, making long-term planning easier.

This change comes after Google updated the Google app to version 12.25. Google's weather service hasn't received any significant updates since the redesign in 2023.

As you can see, Google is gradually improving the weather service and now that Google is using its own forecasting models, the service could be a standalone app rather than part of the Google app. Additional features like radar and more widgets for all Android devices could greatly improve the usage of the service.
