The release date for the VR game Batman: Arkham Shadow, an ambitious exclusive for the Meta Quest 3 headset, has been revealed

We previously reported that Meta has unveiled the Quest 3S budget virtual reality headset, which will go on sale from 15 October at a price of $300.

In honour of the event, Camouflaj Studios, which previously released Iron-Man VR and Republique VR, named the release date for the VR game Batman: Arkham Shadow.

Here's What We Know

The new game, the events of which will unfold in the universe of Batman: Arkham, created by Rocksteady studio, will be released on 22 October 2024 only on Meta Quest 3.

According to the plot of the game, during the 4th of July celebration (Independence Day) in Gotham crime spike again and Batman will have to confront one of his arch-enemies - Ratcatcher.

Batman: Arkham Shadow will be a full-fledged story game with complex mechanics, choreographed dialogue, directed scenes, complex fights and crime investigation.

In addition to Ratcatcher, Batman will face other iconic antagonists such as Scarecrow, Two-Face and Harley Quinn.
