Nokia is done? HMD Global removes Nokia smartphones from its range

HMD Global, which previously produced smartphones under the Nokia brand, seems to have decided to stop supplying them to European markets.

Here's What We Know

Earlier this year, HMD announced that it was switching to its own brand for its devices, and now Nokia smartphones have disappeared from most of the company's official websites in Europe. However, Nokia devices are still available in HMD shops in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and Latin America, but it is likely that their availability in these regions will also cease soon.

HMD's support page still lists Nokia smartphones and regular phones that will receive software support, but it's unclear how long this will last. That said, Nokia's main corporation remains a major player in network infrastructure and holds a lot of patents in different technologies.
