There are enough zombies for everyone: Dead Island 2 action game attracted more than 10 million players
Dead Island 2 is one of those games whose success was hard to believe. The zombie action game was announced in 2014 and went into production hell for many years, went through several drastic concept revisions, a change of developers and a number of additional postponements.
Nevertheless, in April 2023 Dead Island 2 was finally released and surprised gamers with its excellent production quality.
Here's What We Know
Developers from Dambuster Studios and publisher Deep Silver shared the happy news: more than 10 million players have joined the destruction of hordes of bloodthirsty zombies in post-apocalyptic Los Angeles!
This week, we're going BIG - DI2 just hit 10 MILLION Slayers! Big thanks to all our Slayers across the globe!

This figure does not correspond to the number of copies sold, as Dead Island 2 is available in PS Plus and Xbox Game Pass catalogues, but it perfectly demonstrates the interest of the public to the zombie action game, to which the developers continue to release new content. Thus, two add-ons HAUS and SoLA have already been released, and last week they added an additional co-operative mode Neighborhood Watch to the game.
