Hazelight studio and publisher Electronic Arts presented a spectacular gameplay trailer of the colourful cooperative adventure Split Fiction.

Here's What We Know

Split Fiction is an ambitious project of charismatic, brave and creative game director Josef Fares, who already surprised the audience with extraordinary games A Way Out and It Takes Two.

Earlier Fares said that ""It's going to be a f***ing good game!" - Josef Fares said of his new project. The eccentric developer is confident in the success of Hazelight Studios' next game" and judging by the shown footage this wording is not an exaggeration.

The main characters of Split Fiction will be young screenwriters Zoe and Mio, one of them works in the genre of science fiction and futurism, and the other prefers fantasy, and in one of the working days they get into the simulation, written by them stories, and take part in them directly. But the locations invented by Zoe are dominated by cyberpunk aesthetics and evil robots roaming around, while Mio's encounter bizarre fantasy creatures like dragons and giant primates.

Each level of Split Fiction is unique and the game's mechanics are constantly alternating, ensuring maximum dynamics and drive. Players are invited to participate in a variety of mini-games and will not be bored for a single minute.

As in Fares' previous games, Split Fiction requires two players to complete, but only one user needs to buy the game.

When We Can Expect It

Split Fiction will release on 6 March on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
