Rumour: an updated God of War trilogy may be announced at State of Play
It hasbeen rumoured for a long time that Sony is preparing to release an updated version of the original God of War trilogy. It is assumed that the re-release in honour of the 20th anniversary of the series will be called God of War Greek Saga Remastered.
Already It's official: Sony will hold a State of Play show on 12 February - there will be plenty to see and there is a possibility that at this show will be announced updated versions of the famous games about young Kratos.
Here's What We Know
Insider Feeling-Examination6 on the Reddit forum revealed that God of War Greek Saga Remastered is due on Steam of Play and the release will take place "sooner than we expect".
Feeling-Examination6 believes the remastered compilation could debut within the next 66 days, which is by mid-April.
But it's logical to assume that Sony will try to release God of War Greek Saga Remastered before 31 March 2025, so that the company can report on its successes at the end of the fiscal year.
State of Play will take place on 12 February at 23:00 (CET), that's when we'll find out.
