Rumours have surfaced that Samsung is actively working on two new XR devices that could hit the market in late 2025 along with the Project Moohan headset.

Here's What We Know

One of the devices is codenamed Haean, which translates to "coast" and is expected to be thin and comfortable for out-of-home use. The second device, Jinju, named after the "pearl", could also be similar to today's smart glasses.

Samsung is reportedly focusing on developing a control interface for the Haean, based on hand gesture recognition technology via in-built cameras. Sound will be transmitted through the frame of the glasses.

However, the design and specifications of both devices are reportedly not finalised yet, raising questions about the possibility of their release. Samsung's smart glasses are expected to be more affordable and less powerful than the Project Moohan headset, which could cost around $2500.
