Killzone shooter series composer would like to see remasters, but Sony is unlikely to be interested

Joris de Man, the composer of the famous Killzone series of shooters, shared his thoughts on the possibility of remasters of these games.
Here's What We Know
In an interview with VideoGamer, he noted that such projects could be successful, perhaps even more so than the creation of a new part of the franchise.
De Man emphasised that he could not speak on behalf of Guerrilla Games and did not know if this would ever happen. He expressed hope that it is possible, as he considers Killzone to be an iconic franchise.
The Killzone series, developed by Guerrilla Games, was a well-known franchise. However, the failure of Shadow Fall and the success of Horizon Zero Dawn forced the studio to focus on a new franchise, leaving Killzone in the past. De Man noted that he is not sure if players are still interested in bringing the series back, as he feels that many have moved on to more casual and fast-paced games.
Although remasters of Killzone could be of interest to long-time fans, there are currently no official statements from Sony or Guerrilla Games regarding the revival of the series. Given the studio's current focus on other projects, a return to Killzone seems unlikely in the near future.
