Apple AirPods 3 - new speaker, up to 30 hours and MagSafe support at $179
Apple has announced fully wireless third-generation AirPods headphones with an AirPods Pro-style design, but without ear cushions.
What's New
According to the manufacturer, the headphones can "direct sound directly to the ear canal." The novelty borrows an adaptive equalizer from the AirPods Max, providing optimized sound output, and a new speaker is responsible for deeper bass. Apple also claims support for Dolby Atmos surround sound.
AirPods 3 is encased in a water-resistant case. Battery life is up 20% over its predecessors to 6 hours and the case increases that by five times. The case includes support for wireless MagSafe charging.
The newly unveiled a new microphone system. But at the same time, fully wireless headphones of the new generation cannot boast of active noise suppression.
Price of the question
Apple has already started taking pre-orders for AirPods 3 in the United States. Sales are scheduled to start on October 18. The cost of the new product was $179. The price of AirPods 2 dropped to $129. AirPods Pro and AirPods Max the company is selling for $249 and $549 respectively.
