Two Redmi smartphones unexpectedly received MIUI 13 on Android 12

Xiaomi continues to test the MIUI 13 firmware, the full premiere of which is expected this month along with the flagship Xiaomi 12.

What is known

Quite unexpectedly, the manufacturer has prepared MIUI 13 with the Android 12 operating system for two low-cost smartphones. The testing program involved Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G and Redmi K40 Gaming models. The firmware numbers are v13.0.0.1 SKPCNXM and v13.0.0.1 SKJCNXM, respectively.

Previous edition gg wrote about smartphones that will be the first to receive MIUI 13. Now two more models have joined the list, i.e. the total number increased to nine devices (we are talking about the first wave). MIUI 13 will be announced on December 12, 16 or 28. But it is not exactly. The official presentation date will be announced shortly.
