Xiaomi this year may introduce a smartphone in the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip form factor. The model will be called Xiaomi Flip.

The upcoming novelty will compete with Honor Magic V, which will appear next week. The smartphone will get a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chip with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of ROM in the maximum configuration. The capacity of the built-in battery will be 3800 mAh, and the fast charging power will be 67 W.

The Xiaomi Flip will include a dual main camera with a resolution of 50 MP + 13 MP. An additional 1.9 ”OLED display will be installed next to it. The main screen will get a foldable 6.81 ”AMOLED panel with support for 120Hz.

Despite the second screen on the lid, the smartphone will receive a full-fledged front camera. Its resolution will be 20 MP. Also noteworthy is stereo sound, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6E and GPS.

The Xiaomi Flip is expected to start at $ 1,025. The top version of the smartphone will cost about $ 1,230.
