OpenAI has announced that it has reached an agreement that will allow Sam Altman to return as CEO.

The details of the agreement are not known. However, the company has announced the new board of directors, which will include Bret Taylor, Larry Summers and Adam D'Angelo.

Earlier, the media reported that one of the conditions for Altman's return was the resignation of the board of directors.
Greg Brockman, who previously served as president of OpenAI, will also return to the company.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, who previously invited Altman and Brockman to join the company, welcomed the OpenAI board's decision. According to him, the co-operation between the two companies will only become stronger.
