Honor launches MagicOS 8.0 testing with Android 14 on board

Honor has announced a beta testing programme for a new version of its software for its branded smartphones and tablets.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the MagicOS 8.0 shell based on the Android 14 operating system. Users of the Honor Magic 4 and Honor Magic 5 line of smartphones in China can participate in the programme. You can apply for participation on the company's forum. In total, the manufacturer plans to involve 6000 people in the testing (3000 for Honor Magic 4 and 3000 for Honor Magic 5).

Unfortunately, there is no information about MagicOS 8.0 innovations yet. It is also unknown when the official software release will take place. Perhaps the system will be announced in December or January.
