LG reveals the price of its curved UltraGear 49" 240Hz monitor

LG announces UltraGear 49" curved gaming monitor with 240Hz refresh rate, and has now finally revealed the price and launch date for the device.

So, the LG UltraGear 49GR85DC is already available to buy in the US. The monitor is available at a price of $1299. Whether the novelty will appear in other regions is still unknown.

The LG UltraGear 49GR85DC features a 49-inch curved screen with a 1000R radius of curvature and a 32:9 aspect ratio. It's based on a 10-bit VA panel with a resolution of 5120×1440 pixels (DQHD). The refresh rate is 240Hz, the time is 1ms, the maximum brightness is 450 nits and the contrast ratio is 450 nits. The device supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology and boasts VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification. DCI-P3 colour range coverage is 95%. The new monitor comes with DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 connectors. The monitor comes with adjustable height, tilt and angle.
