Peugeot reveals redesigned i-Cockpit with 21-inch curved display for new 3008 electric car

French car manufacturer Peugeot has announced a new futuristic i-Cockpit driver's seat.

Here's What We Know

This time, the design is called the Panoramic i-Cockpit. The main new look is the 21-inch curved HD display which combines the car's instrument panel and multimedia system. The new concept also includes a smaller steering wheel with touch-screen controls and haptic feedback, as well as an i-Toggles unit. The Panoramic i-Cockpit does not have the usual gear lever. It has been replaced by PRND buttons. They are located to the right of the start/stop button on the instrument panel.

When We Can Expect It

The first vehicle to receive the Panoramic i-Cockpit will be the new Peugeot 3008 electric crossover. It will be unveiled this autumn.
