Acer XV242F: 24.1-inch monitor with 540Hz refresh rate support

Acer has announced a new gaming monitor with a record panel refresh rate.

Here's What We Know

The novelty was named Acer XV242F. The device is equipped with a 24.1-inch screen. It is a TN-matrix with FHD resolution, a refresh rate of 540 Hz and a response time of 0.1 ms. The panel has a brightness of 400 nits and covers 99% of the sRGB colour space. Acer XV242F is equipped with DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 interfaces.

The monitor has built-in speakers of 2 watts each. The novelty supports Nvidia G-Sync technology, which allows you to combat tearing, stuttering and screen shake while playing games or watching videos.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Acer XV242F is on sale now, but only in China for now. The monitor costs $686. By the way, ASUS will soon start selling its competitor, the ROG Swift Pro PG248QP.
