Investors withdrew almost $2 billion from the cryptocurrency exchange Binance in 24 hours

Investors withdrew $1.9 billion from their accounts in the past 24 hours. This is reported by Reuters news agency with reference to the analytical company Nansen. Experts attribute this to the temporary blocking of USDC steyblock withdrawal, which was announced by the head of Binance Changpeng Zhao on December 13.

At the same time, the head of the exchange said that customers have withdrawn "clean" about $1.14 billion, which is for Binance "normal” case. Changpeng Zhao also added that he is "in favor" of such stress tests.
