Xiaomi prepares the Redmi Note 12R: it will be a replica of the Redmi 12 with a 90Hz screen and MediaTek Helio G88 chip

Xiaomi is set to unveil a new smartphone in the Redmi Note 12 range.

Here's What We Know

The new product will be called the Redmi Note 12R. According to the leak, the gadget will be a copy of the budget model Redmi 12, which was shown in the global market a week ago. That is, the device will get a 6.79-inch display with 90Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution, MediaTek Helio G88 chip, 4/6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage. The device will have NFC, Bluetooth 5.3 and a microSD card slot. The gadget will be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 18W charging.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Redmi Note 12R is expected to debut in China at the end of June. The smartphone will cost from $150.
