As Samsung prepares to unveil the Galaxy Fold 5, details of the next generation foldable device have surfaced online.
Here's What We Know
The information was shared by insider @Tech_Reve. According to the informant, Samsung is not planning to update the camera in the Galaxy Fold 6. That is, the device is likely to get the same sensor as the Galaxy Fold 4 and Galaxy Fold 5 - the ISOCELL GN3 with 50 megapixels.
The disappointing aspect of the Fold 6 is that it uses the same image sensor as the Fold 5.

The major update of the Fold 6 is the change in the aspect ratio of the external display. https://t.co/RVp454lNbw
In doing so, the company's engineers are going to change the aspect ratio of the device. Right now, the Galaxy Fold 4 has a 23.1:9 ratio. The new model could be a little wider. Like the Honor Magic Vs (21.3:9), vivo X Fold 2 (21:9) or Google Pixel Fold (17.4:9), for example. Unfortunately, no other information about the Galaxy Fold 6 is available yet.
