Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi K70 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor

Xiaomi revealed the main details of the Redmi K70 Pro flagship the other day, and now it has also shared information about the younger model in the series.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the Redmi K70. The novelty externally and in terms of characteristics will be similar to the older version. The gadget will be equipped with an OLED-display with 2K resolution, a 50 MP OmniVision camera, as well as a 5120 mAh battery with 120W charging.

The main difference between the Redmi K70 and the Redmi K70 Pro will be the processor. Instead of the current Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, the novelty will get last year's Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

The presentation of the Redmi K70 series will take place on 29 November. The smartphone will be presented alongside the Redmi Book 16 (2024) laptop, Redmi Buds 5 Pro headphones and Redmi Watch 4 smart watch.
