PlatinumGames is waiting for a change - the vice president of the studio will be a former veteran of Nintendo

The studio that gave the world Bayonetta, Nier: Automata and many other projects has announced that a "new era" will soon come for it. Most likely, the changes are related to the appointment of a Nintendo veteran to the post of vice president and director of development at PlatinumGames.

Takao Yamane became a newcomer, he previously worked at Nintendo as head of licensing. There he held the position of general director for sales and planning. PlatinumGames promises to reveal the meaning of the destination in tomorrow's issue of Famitsu.

We will remind you that at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, Platinum Games has already experienced personnel reshuffles in the upper echelons.
