Stray and Marvel's Spider-Man lead the Steam sales charts
Last week, the stagnant Steam sales chart was shaken up a bit. All thanks to the main game of this summer (and maybe the year!) - Stray.
However, despite the release, the adventure about a cat in a cyber city could not overcome the Steam Deck - the portable PC occupies the first place for eight week in a row. It's worth noting here that the list is based on sales revenue, and the Steam Deck is much more expensive than the Stray.
As for peak online, MultiVersus is right ahead Stray - 62963 against 62433 users. But MultiVersus hasn't even started a full-fledged release yet — for now, you can get access to the fighting game, among other things, by buying one of the founder's kits. From July 26, MultiVersus will be free-to-play, which will surely contribute to the growth of the number of players.
In addition, the start of pre-order for Marvel's Spider-Man did not go unnoticed - the action movie about Spider-Man immediately rose to third place.
In the end, Dinkum, a farming simulator that launched in early access the previous week, on July 14, took the top spot.
