Fighting for the lives of Hugo and Amicia: A Plague Tale: Requiem review trailer with gameplay demos presented
Asobo Studio and publisher Focus Entertainment have released a review trailer of the action game A Plague Tale: Requiem, the direct sequel to the 2019 game.
The video shows gameplay elements of the new game, as well as some of the nuances of the plot of the second part of A Plague Tale.
The events of Requiem are set a few months after the twists and turns of the previous game, titled Innocence. The focus will once again be on the young girl Amicia and her young brother Hugo. They try to make a life for themselves, but Hugo's worsening illness forces them to set off in search of a mysterious island that the boy once dreamed of. The children hope that a cure for Hugo may be found on the island.
A Plague Tale: Requiem will feature many new gameplay options, and players will be able to complete the sequel with both stealth and brute force actions.
The game's variability is just as presented in the video.
A Plague Tale: Requiem is expected to be released on October 18 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC. A version for Nintendo Switch is also announced.
