Geoff Keighley, the host of the gamescom 2022 opening ceremony, published a colorful trailer of the upcoming show.

In the video you can see shots of the long-awaited games that will be shown at the show. Among them there are such hits as Hogwarts Legacy, Gotham Knights, The Callisto Protocol, A Plague Tale: Requiem, Return to Monkey Island, Skull and Bones and others.

Opening Night Live begins Tuesday, August 23 at 8 p.m. (CEST). Visitors can expect a two-hour show, with more than thirty highlights. Geoff Keighley doesn't reveal all the cards and intrigues the audience with some surprises. One of them might be the announcement of the new game from Hideo Kojima.

The games-com Opening Night Live broadcast will be available on the official The Game Awards channels on YouTube or Twitch.
