Immediately after the official announcement of the remake of the cult game Silent Hill 2 gamers began comparing the trailer of the updated horror with the original video.
YouTube channel ElAnalistaDeBits author offers viewers a clear comparison of the same scenes.
It showed that in the new version the details are slightly different. Thus, the camera angles and the appearance of characters have undergone changes, it seems that the protagonist has slightly aged. But the city looks just as gloomy and frightening, although the fog has dispersed and does not envelop Silent Hill so densely.
Overall, the differences are not so drastic as to be a big difference between the modern game and the 2001 original, but the Silent Hill 2 remake will be much more cinematic and technological.
