Ubisoft games can return to Steam: the service database found several fresh games of the French developer
As of 2019, Ubisoft games are no longer released on Steam.
The French developer sold PC versions of its games only in its own Ubisoft Store and in the Epic Games Store. However, this may soon change.
Here's What We Know
Journalist Tom Henderson at Insider Gaming drew attention to information from dataminer YoobieRE, which found that Ubisoft has added some of its games to the Steam database. We are talking about the free game Roller Champions and Project Orlando beta - presumably, it's The Crew 3 (although recently there was information that this game will be called "Motorfest"). And earlier there were reports that Assassin's Creed Valhalla was also added to the Steam database.
Ubisoft did not comment on this information, but we know, that neither Ubisoft Store, nor Epic Games Store have such popularity, as Steam, and their sales are much lower than the Valve, so that such a decision Ubisoft would be economically justified.
