Satisfied with the successful release of the first part of Control, Remedy and 505 Games decided to continue their mutually beneficial partnership.
The publisher will give 50 million euros for the development and promotion of the sequel to the mystical action game Control.

This game has been previously reported by Remedy under the working title Heron. The game is created on the Northlight engine for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
Release dates for the game have not yet been announced.

The first part of Control was released in 2019 and received high praise from gamers and critics, especially the technical component of the game.
Recently Remedy published a financial report, which revealed that the Finnish studio is working on several more projects, and the release of Alan Wake 2 is still scheduled for 2023.
