Insider: Square Enix to unveil new details and open Final Fantasy XVI pre-orders in December

An anonymous source of Insider Gaming portal reported that pre-orders for the expected Japanese RPG Final Fantasy XVI will start on December 7 or 8.

With a greater likelihood it will happen on December 8, because on that day there will be the show The Game Awards 2022 with many high-profile announcements.

Of course, Sony and Square Enix won't miss this chance and will release new materials about the game, which are likely to announce the pre-order opening. It is possible that at the same time they will announce the game's release date, it is tentatively, it will be in mid-2023.
