A detailed gameplay trailer and its detailed comparison with the original project by Glen Schofield, which came out in 2007, was already released on IGN's YouTube channel.

The new video focuses on Isaac Clarke's weapons. Journalists spoke in detail about The Plasma Cutter - one of the main characters in Dead Space.

The developers assure that the functionality and operating principle of the cutter in the remake remained unchanged, but game designers completely redesigned its appearance, making it more realistic and expressive.

The plasma cutter can be modified, giving it new features. This process is similar to what happened in the second part of Dead Space. Of course, in the remake you can also improve other types of weapons, adjusting them to your playing style.

Dead Space remake will be released on January 27th on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
