The developers of the fantasy action game Project: The Perceiver gave a detailed gameplay demonstration. Fans of Sekiro and Ghost of Tsushima will appreciate the novelty!
The developers of the recently announced fantasy action game Project: The Perceiver continue to draw public attention to their project.
Here's What We Know
Game designers from the Chinese studio Papergames conducted an extensive gameplay demonstration Project: The Perceiver (probably this working title and the game will change it by the release date).
Forty minutes long video shows all the main gameplay elements. From the frames shown we are sure, that this game really looks like Ghost of Tsushima, but in most part the developers were inspired by Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. This is noticeable both in the design of locations and characters, as well as in the combat system - it is based on the timely parry attacks with a smooth transition to the counterattack.
One of the main features of Project: The Perceiver will be the possibility for the main character to change his appearance and fighting abilities, wearing different masks that can be taken from the defeated bosses.
The action of Project: The Perceiver takes place in ancient China, but at the same time there are the elements of fantasy, which will add uniqueness and atmosphere to the game.
When We Can Expect It
The release date is unknown. The game will be available on PC, PS4 and PS5.
