A California court has sealed a settlement agreement between CD Projekt and disgruntled investors. Failed Cyberpunk 2077 release will cost Polish company $1.85 million

At the end of 2021, CD Projekt and its angry Cyberpunk 2077 shareholders agreed to an out-of-court settlement.

Here's What We Know

The Polish company has pledged to pay $1.85 million in compensation for losses incurred by investors, and investors will in turn drop claims against the developer for willfully concealing information about Cyberpunk 2077's poor technical condition on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Now, the Central District Court in California has sealed the settlement and all parties are left satisfied.

Interestingly, CD Projekt has not pleaded guilty to all the charges brought against it by the shareholders and this fact is also recorded in the settlement agreement, but the company does not refuse to pay compensation.
