The developers of the reimagined horror game Layers of Fear have released a trailer that reveals a rough release date for the game

Polish studio Bloober Team has released a trailer for the new horror game Layers of Fear, which is both a remake, reimagining and continuation of previous installments of the series.

As well as shots of the "exquisite horror", as the creators call it, the trailer also reveals an estimated release date: the game will be released in June 2023 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC. The project can already be added to your Steam wishlist.

Attentive readers will notice that Bloober Team removed the "s" in "Fears", and now the new game, as before, is called Layers of Fear. This step the developers argue that they listened to the wishes of gamers and "went back to the roots".

By adding the "s" we wanted to emphasise that this game is based on the original games but also contains new storylines that bonds every thread from the series. However, we received feedback from our fans who loved the original name. And we've decided to get back to the roots
