Can't play for long - insider says PlayStation Project Q handheld only lasts 3-4 hours on a single charge

Insider Tom Henderson has brought some disappointing news for those interested in the Project Q handheld console, which was unveiled at the PlayStation Showcase two days ago.

According to Insider Gaming's sources, Sony's new device will only last 3-4 hours without recharging when actively used.

For a console that is used outside the home, this is very little, and the developers should have increased the battery capacity. Perhaps Sony will, because Project Q won't arrive until late 2023 at the earliest.

To recap, the PlayStation Project Q has an 8-inch LCD screen, with 1080p resolution and 60Hz refresh rate.
