HBO presented the trailer of Season 4 of the series "True Detective": premiere date and plot of the new Season

The investigations aren't over, as the fourth season of the beloved detective series True Detective will be released early next year. In the meantime, HBO has released a new trailer.

Here's What We Know

"True Detective" is an anthology where each season is a complete story with its own characters.

The first season covers a crime committed in Louisiana in the 90s. In the second, the focus shifts to the disappearance of the chief of staff of a small town in California. And the third season investigates a long-standing case that occurred thirty years ago on the Ozark Plateau.

The plot of the fourth unfolds in Alaska, where two detectives Liz Danvers and Evangeline Navarro investigate the traceless disappearance of eight employees of the Arctic research station Tsalal in Alaska.

It is assumed that the season, on which Nicholas Pizzolatto is working, will consist traditionally of 8 episodes. But this information has not yet been officially confirmed.

Jodie Foster and Kali Reis will play the lead roles.

When We Can Expect It

The premiere date is scheduled for January 14, 2024.
