Check out Tom Holland as McFly and an aging Lloyd and J Fox in the Back to the Future 4 trailer that blew up the internet
What would eerily interest and at the same time upset fans of "Back to the Future" enough to apply skill and modern technology and create a fan trailer, which showed how the continuation of the cult franchise would look like, if it were possible.
Here's What We Know
The impressive fan trailer for the defunct Back to the Future 4 film starring Tom Holland as new character Jake McFly was a hit with fans. The video, published on KH Studio's YouTube channel on 10 December, has so far garnered almost 6 million views.
The video masterfully combines the matured protagonist of the original trilogy Marty McFly, played by Michael J. Fox, the aged scientist Emmett Brown, played by Christopher Lloyd, and a new character - Jake McFly, "performed" by Tom Holland.
Here's What The Movie Is About
In addition to the trailer, a plot for the potential film has even been developed.
In the story, a young and extremely talented inventor named Jake discovers an old diary of Dr Brown that holds the secrets of temporal displacement. However, he goes beyond creating a simple time machine; Jake improves it by pushing the boundaries of time travel. As a result, he travels through different timelines, meeting familiar characters from the original saga.
The author of the trailer emphasised that his work is a purely creative project created using artificial intelligence and software tools such as Adobe Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe Audition and Mocha Pro. The author's goal is to showcase his creativity and storytelling skills.
Despite fan interest in the idea of a sequel, the director of the original trilogy, Robert Zemeckis, is adamantly refusing to create Back to the Future 4. Nevertheless, fans inspired by the trailer are expressing hope for a possible sequel thanks to modern technology and artificial intelligence.
