The Invincible earned less than $1 million in 10 days after its release: 4.2 million was spent on development
Publisher 11 bit studios has announced that the debut adventure game by Polish studio Starward Industries The Invincible, based on the sci-fi novel by Stanisław Lem, has not yet earned one million dollars in 10 days since its release.
Here's What We Know
11 bit studios noted that the profit from digital copies of The Invincible (excluding the commission for placing the game in digital stores) is about $800 thousand. If we count the commission, it is about 600 thousand dollars.
Also, analysts estimate that the game's budget is about $4.2 million, so it is too early to say that the game will at least recoup the costs of production and marketing.
The Invincible received 71 points from critics and 8.9 points from players on Metacritic. The game is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
