Destiny 2 shooter game director announces he's leaving Bungie studio
Game director of the popular shooter Destiny 2 Joe Blackburn announced his departure from Bungie studio.
Here's What We Know
The experienced developer announced on his Twitter account that "it's time to embark on a new adventure behind the walls of Bungie".
Joe Blackburn did not say why he is leaving the team and what he will do next, but it is already known that his post will be taken by Tyson Green, previously responsible for multiplayer modes of Halo games.
As we hit End-to-End next month, Tyson Green will take the reins as D2 Game Director. If you've followed Bungie for any length of time, you've heard his name. From Halo PvP to the creation of Exotic weapons in D1, Tyson has been a critical part of Bungie's legacy since Myth II.

It's worth noting that Joe Blackburn chose not the best moment to leave, because at the moment Bungie is working on the most important and major addition The Final Shape for Destiny 2, which should restore players' confidence in the shooter and improve the reputation of the developers.
